Infrared Sauna
What is Infrared Therapy?
Infrared therapy, a cutting-edge wellness treatment, harnesses the power of infrared light to penetrate deep into the skin and tissues, promoting healing and rejuvenation at the cellular level.
Unlike traditional heat therapies, infrared therapy uses wavelengths of light that are invisible to the naked eye but are capable of reaching deeper layers of the body. This process enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, alleviates pain, and accelerates the body's natural healing processes.
By stimulating cellular repair and increasing blood flow, infrared therapy can effectively address a range of conditions, from chronic pain and muscle stiffness to skin issues and stress.
Safe, non-invasive, and deeply relaxing, infrared therapy offers a holistic approach to improving overall health and well-being.

Can I Use The Sauna After My Massage?
Yes, you can use the infrared sauna after your massage, and doing so can enhance the benefits of both treatments. Following a massage with an infrared sauna session helps to further relax your muscles, reduce any remaining tension, and promote deeper detoxification. The heat from the infrared sauna penetrates deeply into your tissues, increasing circulation and helping to flush out toxins released during the massage. Additionally, it can aid in reducing muscle soreness and inflammation, speeding up recovery, and enhancing overall relaxation. Combining these therapies can leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and revitalized, providing a holistic boost to your overall well-being.
